Refund Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to issue a refund for your purchase within 24 hours of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • We accept returns only for defective items (wrong print, something different than what you saw on the pictures…)

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide us with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2 days.

Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
